This includes laws that govern air and water pollution, waste management, hazardous materials, and wildlife protection. Environmental law also includes regulations that promote sustainable development, such as energy conservation and renewable energy. Land law deals with the legal rights and obligations associated with land ownership. This includes the transfer of ownership, property rights, land use regulations, and land tenure systems.

Building law is concerned with the legal framework that governs the construction and maintenance of buildings. This includes building codes and standards, zoning regulations, permits and inspections, and liability for construction defects. Construction law covers the legal issues that arise during the construction process. This includes contracts between owners, contractors, and subcontractors, disputes over payment and performance, and issues related to construction defects and delays.
